  Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization Number and confirm eligibility for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package via a trackable and fully insured carrier, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify that the item is in its original, unaltered condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
