Late Retro Diamond & Sapphire Ring

Circa 1945. This Late Retro/Early Midcentury 14K yellow gold ring is accented with 13 old European/single-cut diamonds bead-set in a platinum setting. The side faces of the ring are each accented with two bezel-set, round cabochon-cut natural sapphires. The diamonds weigh .66 carats in total, with VVS2-I1 clarity and F-J color. The sapphires weigh .60 carats. Currently the ring is a size 5.75.
